A long table set under strings of warm lights as evening falls

Sequim · Port Angeles · Clallam County

You get both of us.

Two planners on every event — not a planner and an assistant. Weddings, community nights, and private gatherings, run by the two people who know this Peninsula cold.

One evening, in order

Here’s what two planners actually looks like — a wedding day, load-in to last light. Every beat below is the kind of save that never makes the photos, and the exact crack that opens when there’s only one of you.

“Both of us” isn’t an upsell. It’s the whole product.

Why two

Nobody flies a plane alone.

Airlines put two qualified pilots in the cockpit. Not because one isn’t good enough — because when there’s no do-over, a dropped handoff is the thing that gets you. Surgery figured this out too: the WHO’s surgical checklist, run out loud with the whole room listening, cut complications by about a third and deaths nearly in half across some 8,000 patients. They borrowed it from pilots. The finding underneath both is the same — the harm almost never comes from someone not knowing their job. It comes from a handoff nobody caught.

An event is that exact problem. Forty vendors, one day, no second take. And nearly every planner on this Peninsula runs it solo, with a helper — a hierarchy, not a crew. We don’t. Two planners, cross-checking, the whole way. One of us on the room, one on the clock.

One reason to have it here

Sequim sits in the Olympic rain shadow — pilots named it the Blue Hole. About sixteen inches of rain a year, while Seattle gets forty and Forks gets a hundred and twenty. You can actually plan an outdoor wedding here.
