One hour, both of us, every question you’ve got. No strings. This is the graceful no — if the budget isn’t there for full coordination, take an hour of everything we know and go run it yourself. People do exactly that, and it goes great.

Every price here is two planners, not one. So, the honest math: a day-of coordination at $2,950 is about 43 hours of work split between us — roughly $69 an hour each. That’s not a premium. That’s two qualified people on your day, and we don’t take work below $50 an hour each. It’s also why we say no to some things, and why we’d rather tell you that up front than waste your time.
