Can we just hire one of you?
No. Two of us is the whole product — it’s the reason nothing gets dropped. If your budget only fits one coordinator, we’d rather point you to someone good than sell you half of us. Ask us and we’ll give you names.
Can you do it for less?
Sometimes the scope can get smaller. The rate can’t. If the number isn’t working, book a Power Hour — one hour, both of us, everything we know, and you go run it yourself. People do exactly that and it goes great.
Do you have tables and chairs?
No, on purpose. We’re not a rental company. We’re the people who know which rental company. Owning inventory would make us slower and more expensive.
October wedding in Port Angeles — should we worry about rain?
Mildly. Sequim gets about 16 inches a year, Port Angeles about 25, and Forks about 120 — you gain roughly an inch of annual rainfall for every mile you drive west of Port Angeles. October is real weather. Have a tent plan. We’ll build one.
How far do you travel?
Clallam County is home. We’ll go to Port Townsend and out to Forks with a travel line in the quote. Past that, ask.
