About
The two of us
Rachael and Abby are sisters. Between us we’ve run more events on this Peninsula than we’ve kept track of — crab festival shifts, church nights, school auctions, benefit dinners, and a lot of weddings we were “just helping” with.
For years we did it for free, because that’s what you do here.
Then we noticed something. The events we ran together went better than the events either of us ran alone. Not a little better. Categorically. One of us watches the room while the other watches the clock, and nothing falls through the crack between them.
So we made it the business. Two planners, every event, no exceptions.
Who watches what
Rachael
Watches the vendors and the clock — who’s arriving, what they’re dropping, whether it matches the order, and when every last thing leaves at the end of the night.
Abby
Watches the room and the people — the family, the guests, who needs what, and the twenty small things nobody ever notices when they go right.
No hierarchy. No “lead planner and an assistant.” Two peers, cross-checking, every event.
